Slight problem with the delivery company but I rang Hughes and they sorted it no problem.I ordered paid in advance on the 4th of September with delivery at the 11th September.
![]() So I wrote back I can not understand that they wrote me two day before delivery that they have run out of stock and when they would have to inform me about the issue without writing to them. At the 10 September I got a short messages that they tried to call me regarding my delievery, but I had not received a phone call at all. So I called them back, and it was not about my delivery it was about an apology and that they run out of stock. Unfortunately I lost my temper, and asked them if they are kidding me but they didnt. They told me they would put immediately in to account and it could take up to three working days, fortunately I got it one day later. From my perspective it is unbelievable that something like that can happen nowadays. The cost of the heater was better then Argos and several other websites. Will definitely consider again when looking at electrical goods. As yet still have not had item delivered but a promise that their own staff will deliver on 120920. We are sorry if you had issues with the courier company, we can see the item was delivered on the date you selected, by DPD and we have no communication from you by email or a call to state you had a problem, if you wish to discuss this with us please do get in touch. We are sorry the damage to your appliance was not reported within the time we provide which is stated on our website and on your order confirmation email. I can see when you called in to report the damage you were advised of it being outside of the time window, yet the agent did ask for a manager to review this, sadly it was reported too late and we were unable to assist. Will definitely be my first port of call for electrical goods going forward.
